Shipping + Returns
Quality artwork and your happiness are very important to me. I will do what I can to make your buying experience a great one. I want you to love my unique handmade items! Below you will find my shipping and return policies. Please contact me, using the form below, if you have any questions.
ORDER PROCESS TIME:
Pottery items are shipped within 1 to 2 business days (excluding holidays) and usually by USPS. I only charge what is needed to get the items to you. I often offer FREE SHIPPING specials so be sure to sign up for my newsletter on the home page to receive email notifications on flash sales.
I ship to the address you provide. Please be sure your address is correct and updated. I will not be responsible for lost packages due to an incorrectly stated address. If an order is lost in transit, please contact me a.s.a.p. (form below) and I will contact the shipping company to open a request to locate shipment. This process make take time and I appreciate patience as I am not responsible for the errors of the shipping company.
If you have special requests, not specified when ordering, please let me know by filling out the form below and I will contact you to adjust to order to suit your need.
If you wish to cancel your order, you may do so up until the order has been shipped. You will receive a notice of shipment and once it has shipped it is out of my hands and you will be responsible for return shipment if you still want to cancel your order. A refund will be issued when I receive the item and only for price of the item. I will not refund shipping costs on items that have already shipped. Item must be in original condition, intact and unopened (Essential Oil Pendants). Any item not in it’s original condition will be subject to a 20% restock fee.
Because of the nature of personalized items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for personalized items.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, I will exchange or return your item up to 7 days after you have received it.
Refunds for the amount of the item will only be issued after I have received the item back in inventory.
Items must be in the original condition and/or packaging to issue a full refund.
Any opened packages (such as Essential Oil Pendant envelopes) will be subject to a 20% restock fee.
In the event that you would like to exchange or return an item, you will be responsible for returning items in their original condition as well as paying for the return shipping costs.
Please contact me (form below) to initiate a refund and before shipping any item back to me so that I can to ensure a smooth transaction.
NOTE: I am not responsible for any damage that occurs from return shipping. I strongly encourage you to pack return items very well and ship through Fed Ex or UPS. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
DAMAGED ORDERS - IMPORTANT PLEASE READ:
All packages are insured for price of the item, so to facilitate quick action, please contact me immediately should the item arrive damaged. I allow for a maximum of 5 business days to report items damaged in shipment.
In the unfortunate event that an item arrives damaged, please photograph the package and the damaged item then email me within the 5 business days to initiate the return of your item. I will refund your money (minus shipping cost) to the purchasing account when I have received and inspected your item. Due to the nature of pottery, often times not all two things are alike, however, if possible, I will try to replace any damaged item should you still want it.
LOCAL DELIVERY AVAILABLE TO THE MOBILE, ALABAMA AND SURROUNDING AREAS.
If you live near Mobile, Alabama I will deliver to you or meet you within a reasonable radius. Please choose an option at check out for delivery or meet up. I will only meet in public locations and during regular business hours.
